"We are very glad to have responded to the add in the local magazine. Cellfield sounded like the answer to all my concerns with my son’s signs of dyslexia. School’s additional support hadn’t provided much progress over the previous couple of years.
Matthew was a bit hesitant about having his brain rewired but absolutely enjoyed the 2-week programme with daily challenges to increase your score (as well as the free juice in a blue cup 😊) and of course Gillian’s friendly, supporting and patient approach. The check-ins with Gillian were also the main driver to keep Matthew going during the 10-week reading that followed.
Now Matthew finds reading easy, he has continued to read for pleasure and is racing through books suitable for his age. He recommends Tom Gates stories with cool pictures and Two Terrible Vikings."

"I am so glad we found Cellfield. The change in Ruairidh is fantastic. We went into Cellfield with open minds and were not disappointed. Ruairidh is now more confident and happy, something you can't put a price on! One week after finishing Cellfield Ruairidh came downstairs to tell us he had finished reading his book on his own and that he for the first time actually understood the story! I will never forget this moment it made all of us feel so proud! Ruairidh will now happily pick up a book, magazine or newspaper, something he would never do before as reading was so difficult.
